Facilitation in Play

In The LEGO House I work as a Play Hero and I have been here since april 2018. While at work I interact with guests and therefor I have first hand experience with playing with both children and adults and with the LEGO Brick. My time at LEGO House have taught me about the LEGO Idea and about the concept of ‘Learning through play’. As Play Hero I am part of a two-person team that are responsible for the creative direction of the Creative Lab area in the Red Zone. This give me the creative freedom to develop new play experiences for our guests.
