Let’s Grow
In this project I worked together with the LEGO Agency to better their internal work culture. At this point The LEGO Group wanted their employees to be more brave, more focused and more curious in their work. By acting as design anthropologist in the LEGO Agency office I got enough insights to drive the assignment and found that play was the perfect catalyst for The LEGO Group’s newfound mission. Then the only question was, what type of play?
I ended with a concept I call ‘Let’s Grow’. This concept is driven by the participators internal motivation for self development, since I do not believe that people are going to change if they don’t want to. The end result for the project was a staff that are more reflective of their own work behaviour and a coffee area that was transformed into what I call ‘Meadow of accomplishment’ since every employee was invited to share their results here on the green duple landscape’.
I got experience in driving a project on my own and make workshops for people that I don’t know.
